The UZI submachine gun was developed in Israel bu Usiel Gal, and manufactured by IMI. UZI had been adopted by police and military of more than 90 countries, including Israel (now only in reserve), Germany, Belgium. The Micro Uzi is a more compact version of the normal uzi. The Mini and Micro variants featured side-folding stocks made from steel wire. All versions may be equipped with silencers.
At all, the Uzi and its variants are simply the most popular SMGs in the world, being manufactured in great numbers (probably, more that 10 millions manufactured around the world until today).
